The Bible

Christian Science is deeply-rooted in the Bible, and especially in the healing words and works of Jesus of Nazareth – Jesus the Christ – of whom John the Baptist prophesied, “There comes one after me that is mightier than I, the latchet of whose shoes I am not worthy to stoop down and unloose.”
